How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order with Solace Jewelry, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after placing your order. You can reach us via email at customerservice@solacejewelryco.com. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. However, if the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In such cases, you may need to wait until you receive the order and then initiate a return according to our return policy.
